В доме очень большая слышимость. Стены настолько тонкие, что слышно даже как кто-то ходит в туалет.

Convenient location. Fast internet. Free parking space.

The room had a musty or damp smell that did not disappear over four days, which made the stay less pleasant. Although there is a dishwasher, no dishwasher tablets were provided – it would have been convenient to have some for the few days of our stay. Guests are asked to sort waste, but only one trash bag was provided. Since several categories need to be separated, it would be logical to provide more bags. Some dishes are worn and clearly in need of replacement.

Very well equipped apartment with a little patio. It is perfect for 4 person. We could find everything we needed. It is quite close to the town center. The host is very kind and helpful :-)

Clean and quiet apartment in a complex. Free parking by the street reserved for the residents. Private entry and a secure fenced courtyard. Easy communication with the host.

My updated review: The owners have mentioned that they have replaced the noisy fan. They have been responsive and the property deserves better rating. As for coffee, it was just an observation, and the owners are not obliged to provide coffee. I do not mind buying my own coffee, but in my month long travel in Europe, I encountered Nespresso, Caffitaly, Tassimo, and normal filter coffee machines at different stays, and some did provide the appropriate coffee. Obviously I cannot stock up with every type of coffee not knowing what to expect at each stay (I did buy Nespresso for my first stay). When coffee meant filter coffee it was ok for the traveller to buy their own coffee, but with so many different machines today it would be appreciated if coffee is provided for the particular machine. These are what sets apart a great stay from just another place for sleeping. It is all about hosts putting themselves in the shoes of the traveller and endeavour to offer value for money. My earlier review: The apartment does not have cross ventilation, so can get hot in summer (1st week in Aug). Fans are provided but the wall fan operates in a stange mode going from low speed to full speed every 20 secs or so, and sounds like a truck passing by every 20 sec. We had turn it off and keep windows open. The owners should live for a couple of days in the apartment and the experience may help them provide better comfort for visitors. Nice touches like providng coffee powder and washing powder would improve ratings. Stale smell from the bedroom cupboard.
