Magic holiday Apartment

Modern, spacious, can park outside, superbly placed

The property was super spacious with a huge master bedroom and two full bathrooms. The kitchen was large and well stocked (apart from forks!!). Outside patio was shaded and spacious with a lovely gas bbq and outside furniture, The closest beaches are within a private camping resort but Mauricio (owner) supplies a card which allows access - this is a huge benefit, Bale is a lovely little town and fortunately there was a guitar festival going on with free outdoor performances. Bakery and small-ish supermarket in the town. Easy to reach other parts of Istria from Bale.

Would be nice to be nearer the beach but you can't have it all!!!

The property is located right next to a huge parking lot. You can park directly in front of the property beside the olive oil shop. checking in was easy. I was greeted by the owner Mauricio. A very nice and funny man. Ask him for all the tourist information because he has a lot to share. Don't forget to ask him for the key card for the beach. On to the apartment. It is huge! It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the 2nd floor. AC is available in the living room/kitchen and the 2nd floor hallway. The apartment is huge and can easily accommodate 2 small families. The kitchen is huge and is separated by a counter with the living room. There is a gas grill in the back, a dining table and a hammock for relaxing. There is also a washing machine you can use and hang your clothes dry in the back. We chose Bale since it is located exactly between Rovinj and Pula. Make sure to buy some olive oil from Mauricio. They are delicious! The property is located close to restaurants and a supermarket is within 5min walk. A restaurant and cafe are also available up the street from the parking lot.
