Bon lit Appartement très fonctionnel avec beaucoup de l'espace Proche du centre L'hôte à été très arrangeant !

Scandaleux. À fuir. Nous avons réservé plusieurs hôtels en Italie pour notre voyage en famille. Par erreur, l’âge exact de nos enfants (10 ans) n’a pas été renseigné correctement. Les trois autres établissements ont fait preuve de compréhension, aucun supplément demandé. Mais la Suite 169, elle, a été d’une rigidité choquante : 200 € de plus ou annulation avec perte totale, pour deux enfants de 10 ans ! Même avec l’intervention de Booking en notre faveur pour annuler sans frais, le propriétaire a refusé tout dialogue. Résultat : près de 700 € pour 3 nuits seulement, sans la moindre prestation digne de ce nom. Pas de petit déjeuner, pas de produits de toilette (seulement deux pauvres gels douche), pas de micro-ondes, une carafe d’eau du robinet posée là comme une provocation, une éponge sale dans l’évier… Et un hôte invisible. À l’arrivée, un appartement sombre, lugubre, une seule fenêtre. Nos enfants ont dormi sur un canapé-lit sale, qu’on a dû préparer nous-mêmes malgré les 200 € de supplément. L’escalier menant à la chambre est dangereux, raide comme une échelle, avec un plafond si bas qu’on s’y cogne la tête. La salle de bain ? Une blague : éclairage LED multicolore clignotant façon boîte de nuit, totalement ridicule et inutilisable. Et pour couronner le tout : à la fin du séjour, le propriétaire ose réclamer une note de 10 avec insistance ! 👉 Petit conseil : au lieu d’investir dans des pantoufles à l’effigie de l’établissement, pensez à fournir de l’eau en bouteille et un minimum de confort aux familles. Le prix demandé est indécent, sans aucun rapport avec ce qui est proposé. Nous avons logé ailleurs dans des lieux deux fois moins chers, bien mieux équipés, avec un vrai sens de l’accueil.

The apartment is in a good location, easily accessible to the old town and the train station, 10-15 minutes walk.

Our apartment was B, we spent 7 nights here. The walls in the apartment are quite dirty, the ceiling in the shower is moldy, the green light is very disturbing, it is quite dark inside. The coffee maker does not work, there is no microwave, the sofa is bad. For the 7 nights, they gave 2 pieces of toilet paper for 2 people, there are no paper towels in the kitchen - we had to get these extra. There is dirt in the staircase, there are cockroaches in many places. What is even more disgusting is that unfortunately there was a cockroach in the room. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped.

Nice small apartment, perfectly located in close proximity of the railway station in Bari and the old town in Bari. It’s great location to explore the city by foot. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There is a nice small balcony, perfectly to sip your coffee in the morning and enjoy the vibrant city. Giuseppe was a great host and he was very flexible with us despite some booking error with our kids age. We want to thank him for the hospitality and the flexibility. We will come back again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment and couldn't be more satisfied with our choice. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the jacuzzi – it was fantastic and the perfect way to relax after long days of walking and exploring the area and other cities. The air conditioning worked flawlessly throughout the entire apartment, which made our stay very comfortable, especially during the warmer days. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the modern bathroom added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. Another big plus was the excellent communication with the host – he was incredibly responsive. All in all, we are extremely happy with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped apartment.

The tub was nice and the bed was comfy. Also the small attention to detail like the slippers, towels and toiletries with the logo on them.

Only the chairs in the main room, but apart from that great. If you are planning to cook in the kitchen, bring salt, pepper and olive oil. And parking locally is around 20 euros a day, so coming by train/plane is better. This is not the apartment's fault as they put it in the information section but it's just in case it isn't read properly.
