"Cute little apartment in a great location"

The apartment is large enough for everyone to stay comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a fridge, stove, and oven, along with some appliances. I can't speak on ease of use, as I didn't use them. Location is good - close to train and the ocean. Coffee shop directly next door is great. The bedroom vanity was a nice plus. Two clothes racks was convenient.

Bedroom mattress sunken on each side. I slept alone, so I slept in the middle to try to ease discomfort. Hot water begins to slowly run out, so a good hair wash might not be feasible. Water closet light in bedroom wasn't functioning. It didn't bother me, since I was the only one using that toilet, so I'd just leave the door open for light.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - z jeden strony dworzec, z drugiej blisko do morza i na starówkę. Apartament ciepły, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Super kontakt z właścicielem, który dopytywał/szybko odpowiadał na ewentualne pytania.

"Very disappointing stay considering how much I paid. Don’t think this apartment should be 4 star."

The outdoor area.

It wasn’t clean. Dirty/stained cups, power socket dirty and broken toilet seat! And Missing light bulb. Induction stove only worked once. Also, was told I would be met for check in but that didn’t happen. Was given videos and WhatsApp messages to gain entry.

"Casa accogliente per famiglie numerose, anche se il rumore dell'autoclave non ha aiutato il sonno"

Casa spaziosa per la nostra famiglia numerosa (2 adulti e 3 bambini), presenza di due bagni e posto all'aperto dove farli giocare. Casa a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, non tanto, ma neanche pochissimo.

L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, vicino al locale ascensore e dell'autoclave del condominio; questa vicinanza faceva sentire il rumore, nella camera da letto, dell'autoclave ogni volta che entrava in funzione. Ho segnalato il problema alla host, devo dire molto gentile e disponibile anche in orari notturni, ma mi ha detto che era la prima volta che sentiva di questo problema e che ne avrebbe parlato all'amministratore. Può darsi anche se trovo difficile che non ci sia mai accorti di tale rumore.
