The location is a bit out of the city center but easily accessible by bus. The apartment is spacious and well furnished. the host is very kind and willing to fulfil all the wishes of the guests. He let us stay longer so we could leave our luggage at the property until leaving for the airport.

The shower was a bit hard to set to the proper water temperature but this is my only complaint.

The place is quite spacey, located in a quiet district. The bathroom was clean and in good condition, towels and bed linen were good quality and impeccably clean.

1. The check out time is 9 am. 2. There was no electric kettle in the kitchen and you will have to boil water for your tea in a soup pot on a gas stove (no kettle for boiling either). I don't find it appropriate in today's hospitality business. Especially when at check-in you have to sign a massive contract with liabilities. 3. I was looking for a quiet place to stay but you actually hear everything from the flat next door. I woke up every morning with the flushing toilet behind the wall or a working washing machine. 4. When I was booking I chose the place because of its high rating and I was really surprised why it was so high when I arrived, it was disappointing. The place doesn't match the rating. At the end of my stay the host asked me to put a 10 rating and this explained a lot.

It is a nice and spacy apartment outside the city centre of Bari, it is easy to go to the city centre by bus (line 6). The street where the apartment is located is quiet and we felt well and safe in the apartment.

We could not drive through the gate of the building to unload and to park the car. Since it is extremely difficult to find a parking space there, we had to block the gate of the building to unload. Check-in was therefore quite stressful. The matrace of the bed needs in our opinion to be changed urgently The apartment is very clean but it makes the impression that the hosts don't care a lot about it. Some refurbishments and check of the equipment recommended. This was as well communicated with the host.

The apartment is clean and has everything you need.

The mattress is really terrible, we couldn't sleep because of it and woke up with back pain. Also, the neighbourhood is noisy at night.

location is somewhat far from restaurants, bars and cafes - about a 20 minute walk. The only other drawback is the host was unable to process my credit card so I had to pay in cash, which threw off my budgeting.
