"Good position, but worst the rest, personally i wouldn’t recommend!"

Good location in terms of proximity to city center and beach.

No natural light, the smell of mold and dampness very persistent and heavy to breathe.

Location is great. Apartment Pisani 39 is nice and more spacious than 37. There is a good breakfast (croissant and coffee) in the coffee on the corner.

We rented two apartments. I believe 37 need renovation, 39 was better. We had problems with the water. The host was there for us all the time, but the problem was present even after a plumber came.

komunikace s pronajímatelem přes whatsapp, bez problémů. Vstup do pokoje (obýváku a kuchyně) je hned z cesty, ale tak je to tam zvykem, nemají tam předsíň v našem slova smyslu. Základní nádobí tam bylo

Quasi nulla. Colazione accettabile presso esercizio convenzionato.

Servizio igienico (bagno) assolutamente non soddisfacente: angusto, con scarico del lavandino rotto e con scaldabagno di non più di 20 litri assolutamente non idoneo nemmeno per una doccia; assenza del bidet. Rete Wifi non utilizzabile; televisore non utilizzabile; presenza di blatte striscianti dietro il mobile piano cottura/lavello. Le foto pubblicate sul sito non corrispondono ai locali che mi sono stati assegnati. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente non soddisfacente.
