La bienveillance de la propriétaire. L'appartement est proche des centres d'intérêts, Bard, Hône et le fort de Bard, tout ce fait à pied.

L'appartement est très très bruyant car la route principale passe juste en dessous. L'appartement n'a pas de climatisation donc impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.
