Casa Piacquadio

It is a very nice apartment in Bari with a large room and nice kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable place. Gaetano the host was very gracious and provided me with a focaccia and a bottle of homemade wine when I arrived which I thought was very nice.

Perfectly placed on the city, common spaces with the XL balcony was ideal. Local products on the arrival, good contact with the landlord.

The host Gaetano makes you feel like you are at home, he is very welcoming and kind, he will surprise you throughout your days with little acts of kindness which you will find for yourself. The apartment is clean and the rooms are spacious. There is practically everything in there - from hygiene products to cosmetics like hair spray, shampoo, shower gel, soap, wet wipes for cleaning makeup, everything, absolutely everything. Even though I always bring my own it's good to know that you can rely on that in the house. There is even an iron, hair dryer and coffee machine, tv in every room and air-conditioning. The place is very easy to find and is practically 7-8 minutes away from the old town by foot. It's located next to a beautiful small park which you can go to for walks or runs. My only recommendation would be a small renovation of the bathroom which is very spacious and will look fabulous by just repainting the tiles or changing them. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood and I had no trouble at all. It's 20 minutes away from the Central Station and 16 minutes away from the Quintino Sella train station so I recommend if you come by train from the airport to get off at Quintino Sella station to walk less.

The accomodation was absolutely amazing, the bed was super comfortable. The owner was very nice and very helpful, he provided us places to gol. He greeted us with homemade Champaign and traditional focaccia. Absolutely recommended 👍💯

Great location in Bari, short walk from the old town and easy to access public transport. Lovely host who puts lots of effort into the place :)

The location was wonderful! Very close to the center, restaurants, supermarkets. You have everything you need nearby. Also, 10 minutes from the subway and 2 minutes walk from the bus station. A very clean and quiet area, with everything you need nearby. The host is very helpful, very understanding and with a lot of common sense. He helped us with absolutely everything we needed, he let us leave our bags and come back for them. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. I recommend with all the warmth. I will definitely come back!
