NICOLA'S APARTMENTS

Great apartment, extremely clean, cozy and in an excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and the guests' smallest needs have been thought of.

Very nice apartment, very clean, comfortable...very close to everything - 500m to old town, 500m to trail station. You have everything you need in this apartment for few days..i loved the bed, the view from roof, all the electrical stuff.

EVERYTHING!! Location, cleanliness, comfort, communication with host! It's within 4 blocks walking distance to the train station. We took the local train from Bari airport. Davide met us at the apartment and gave us instructions and a way to contact him if we had ANY questions. It's super comfortable! Really clean. A bit of coffee and tea and crostinas and jam were provided for breakfast as well as water ( frizzante and still ) in the refrigerator. Shampoo, soap, shower cap, etc. We didn't use them but amongst the towels I think there were luxury bathrobes. It is about 4 block distance to the best pizza in Bari. Only a few blocks farther to old town and the harbor. If I come to Bari again I will DEFINITELY stay here!!

I have nothing negative to say. In Italy, as a guest, they ask you to take the trash to the various recycling bins as you leave. They need to leave more specific instructions as it is never clear what goes in plastic, paper, aluminum or glass. I do my best as we are leaving but I'm never sure that I've put things sin the correct place.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. The location is unbeatable-just a minute away from the main shopping street and just in 5 mins walking distance from Bari Centrale. In the apartment one may find everything needed for a comfortable stay- from a microwave to a hairdresser and an iron. Davide is a great host-smiling and always willing to help, instantly replying to my messages. If you want to experience a wonderful stay in Bari, you should definately book here.

Nothing to complain about, everything was just great

The accommodation is absolutely unique. It is in a great location within walking distance of everything you want to see in Bari. The beautiful and spacious terrace is an extra benefit that allows you to spend time in total privacy although you are in the middle of the city. The apartment is absolutely clean and well equipped - we stayed for a week but we can imagine a longer stay. The host is very helpful and will advise on anything that is needed. The accommodation is easily up to the quality of a four star hotel including little things like the welcome pack in the room, information about the area and accommodation etc. If we had to recommend a place to stay in Bari then it is without a doubt this apartment.

Everything in the accommodation is great. The only problem is the parking, which is not the best in Bari and the one that is available (4 minutes from the accommodation) is a bit expensive for a longer stay with a car (20 euros per day) - which, however, is not a problem that the accommodation could do anything about - it is rather a general problem in Bari.

this property is spacious, inside and out. On non- rainy days, you can sit on the terrace and view the streets of Bari from level 6 so the street noise isn’t audible. watch the sun go down along via Dante, enjoy wine and cheese, or just relax. it’s beautiful up there the apartment has plenty of room to stay inside if the weather isn’t to your liking, whether too hot,cold, wet etc. the bed and bedroom are large. the main room has a couch, dining area and kitchenette enough to make a meal - plenty of places to get food prepared or groceries. the location is close to everything! perfect. and Davide was only a text away if you need anything.
