Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Bari. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e ben curato, lenzuola, materassi e cuscini di pregevole fattura e di una qualità difficilmente riscontrabile in altre strutture. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno della cucina anche se, se ne può fare un uso limitato. Ottima l’aria condizionata funziona da dio. Un applauso invece all’host della struttura che è stata presente dal primo all’ultimo momento e ci ha davvero aiutato durante il nostro soggiorno. Da 10. Consigliato!

Absolutely nothing. The host is a scammer who took our money, ignored our messages, and left us stranded on the street in the middle of the night just because our flight was delayed.

This is a SCAM, don't book. The host canceled on us and kept all the money, and Booking.com didn't do anything to help. We messaged the host before our trip to confirm that they would wait for us because of a flight delay, and they explicitly agreed. However, when my girlfriend and I landed in Bari, the host completely ignored our messages, unilaterally canceled our booking, and locked us out. We were left entirely stranded in a foreign city where we didn't know the language or anyone who could help. Because of this host's heartless actions, we went over 40 hours without sleep, put in a highly vulnerable and unsafe situation, and had to scramble just to find safety. To make matters worse, the host charged us the FULL amount for a stay they actively refused to provide. They stole our money and abandoned us. Booking.com customer support has been completely useless in resolving this. Do not trust this host. They take your money, break their word, and will leave you on the street in the middle of the night. Absolutely disgraceful.

The suite was very immaculate and clean and really spacious. The hosts were very accommodating around early breakfast times / any info on things to do and places to eat.

Czysta pościel.

Pokój bardzo czysty, można powiedzieć, że aż za czysty: nn nic nie wyglądało na zdjęciach, wszysyko owinięte ceratami, dywany pościągane, kanapa z wieloma warstwami różnych narzut i nic nie wolno ruszać, a broń Boże przesuwać krzeseł przy stoliku czy samego stolika. Nakgorsza jest jednak toaleta, ktora bardzo długo się napełnia, nasz babski wyjazd przyjaciółkowy musiał zyskać nowy lewel: korzystania z toalety po sobie bez spuszczania wody. Śniadania liche, kontakt z Panią utdudniony, ponieważ nie odpowiadała na bieżąco ma what's upie. Właścicielka z manią opowiadała o nie niebezpiecznych owadach i wbijała nas w swoje klapki. Ogólne wrażenia naprawdę słabe, bo nie zastaje się widoku ze zdjęć. Okolica brudna. The room was very clean, one might even say too clean: it didn't look like the photos at night; everything was wrapped in oilcloth, the carpets were pulled back, the sofa had multiple layers of throws, and nothing was allowed to be moved. God forbid, the chairs at the table or the table itself were moved. The worst thing, however, was the toilet, which took a very long time to fill. Our girls' trip with friends had to take on a new level: using the toilet after ourselves without flushing. The breakfast was poor, and communication with the lady was difficult because she didn't respond promptly to what's up. The owner was obsessed with talking about harmless insects and trying to get us to wear her flip-flops. The overall experience was really poor, because you don't get the view from the photos. The area was dirty.

Alloggio pulitissimo, fresco, silenzioso, ottimamente posizionato sia per visitare Bari Vecchia sia per recarsi alla stazione, supermercato e vari posticini per mangiare nelle immediate vicinanze. La signora Patrizia e la sua dolcissima mamma sono il vero valore aggiunto: gentilezza, disponibilità, grande sollecitudine anche a fronte di situazioni impreviste, e tantissimi preziosi consigli sui posti da visitare nei dintorni o suggerimenti su dove mangiare. Ci hanno fatti sentire davvero a casa!

Le scale sono abbastanza impegnative, ma nell'edificio sono in programma dei lavori per installare un ascensore.

O lugar é ótimo. Limpo, bonito e muito agradável. Patrícia é muito simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã é uma delícia, feito pela mãe da Patrícia, uma típica italiana com seus 84 anos.um amorzinho de pessoa.
