An overall very good experience. The place was clean, furniture and equipment were well maintained, it had everythng we needed, the beds were good and the host even left coffee capsules for us to use. The location was also close to the main train station and we had supermarkets/pharmacies/etc nearby. Communication with the host was also good.

Very little natural light and lacking ventilation, the dehumidifiers in the room did help but it was still a problem. The bathroom was also very cramed. I would still recommend it for a few days stay because of all the good things.

It's a good idea to use insect spray near the door to prevent bugs from entering.
