It’s close to the station

If you love dirt and cockroaches - Casa Maria in Bari Centro is your place! Also, as a compliment you will receive dirt coverlets on which there are pee and period spots. Nevertheless you paid for the whole apartment, one of the bedrooms will be locked. May be you will write to hosts and then they will answer that you don't need this bedroom. After calling them, firstly they won't pick up the phone, after calling them again - they will pick up, but won't talk. You should write them again and argue a lot so that they tell you where the key for the second bedroom is. But they write you if you use the towels in the second bedroom - they will charge you over 30€. If it isn't enough for you - the toilet cistern is broken and it flows sometimes. The shower cabin is also dirt. The so called amenities are 2-3 hotel semplings. There is a coffee machine, but there isn't coffee for it. The chairs on the balcony are torned and there is awful dirt. Also, it's very loud and you barely can sleep. I conclusion, we will never get to this apartment again.

The location was the only one good thing! It us close to the railstation and that makes links with any point easy.

It is miserable, not clean, there is mould in the bathroom. The entrance of the building and the lift smells / stinks, there was cockroaches and spread poison for cockroaches everywhere on the stairs. A wouden part felt upon one of us while trying to close a shutter. The washing mashine is out of use. There wasnt a mop to clean, the pan was smelling fish/not washed, as all the kitchen. So disgusting and durty! The host wasnt available via phone at all. The boiler works too slow, no hot water.

The location is perfect - just 5 min walk from Bari Centrale and 10 min from the historic centre of the city. The apartment is spacious and very nice. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a baby cot for the little traveller. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help their guests feel at home.

The street might sometimes get busy at night but if you are tired enough, you won’t be bothered by traffic.

The location was good, near to the bus station.

It was the noisiest place I've ever stayed. The traffic noise was bad, the pigeons outside the back deck were annoying, and dogs in the building constantly barked. We were not allowed to use the 2nd bedroom, despite the place being advertised as 2 bedrooms. The bathroom was sub standard- not even a rack to put soap and really cheap toiletries that gave me a rash. The whole place needs a thorough clean.

The communication with the host was very straight forward. They responded promptly to all our requests. The apartment is spacious, we appreciated it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment was not very clean. For example, there was only one dish sponge that was dirty (we couldn't use it). The walls were also a bit dirty, could use a refresh. The apartment is very central (which is great), but the area is extremely noisy (we couldn't keep the windows open). The stair case is super dirty and smells bad (we were wondering if it is ever cleaned), the lift is the same (couldn't use it).

Close to both city centre and main railway station ,making it perfect to plan any walk around the city and travel around. The apartment is well equipped and was clean. The host is very responsive,punctual and respected our requests.

The rule to throw out the garbage after the stay otherwise penalised was a little bit imperative. It was quite difficult for family with two babies to carry them and at the same time the luggage and the garbage. The air conditioner did give defects and one of the paintings on the wall was about to fall on the bed in one of the rooms.

Very close to train station. Nice apartment and friendly behaviour from the guest.
