A beautifully decorated apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located just a 10-minute walk from the city center and 3 minutes from the Quintino Sella train station. The building in which it is situated has stunning architecture. In the vicinity, you can find small shops and a 24/7 Laca (a store with vending machines for snacks and drinks). The host was very kind and responsive to our requests, with good communication.

There is no door between the ground-floor room, the upstairs room, and the living area, which might be inconvenient if you need privacy. Although the thermostat was set to 21°C (stay between March 20-23), the house felt quite cold. but the hot shower made up for it.

The property was beautiful, the entry was like a museum, and the apartment was located directly in the first floor. The apartment was full of little details that made the experience very pleasent and enjoyable. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It also had a second floor that was equipped with its own bathroom. The area was very nice as well. I would reccommend and I would stay again if I go in Bari.

There were some noises in the neighborhood, because of area re-construction, but thankfully they were only during the morning, up until launch time or so.

The apartment is comfortable and the location is near by the center. There are parking places on the street

There is no doors between rooms and that's not comfortable. There is a construction right next to the building and they start making noise at 7am.

The property was great! The host gave us a lot of good recommendations and was available and helpful all the time. We are thankful!

Perfectly located, at less than 5min walk from the train station Quintino Sella (on the airport train line), Dimora Scipione Crisanzio welcomed me in a building with a beautiful architecture, even more beautiful than the pictures show. Ivana met me in front of the building, after coordinating the time of my arrival (my flight was delayed so I had numerous updates to which her husband responded very promptly). She gave me the tour of the apartment, which was absolutely stunning (once again, just like the building itself: the pictures don’t do it any justice). Most importantly: she also gave me numerous restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. Overall great experience. I would totally recommend it to a friend!

I struggled a bit with opening the outside door (when leaving the building).

The apartment is very close to the train station, with various supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Ivanna warmly welcomed us and even provided a welcome gift. The apartment has all the facilities, and the heating and air conditioning work perfectly. There are two toilets on each floor, making it suitable for large families. Although there were some unexpected incidents during our stay, we found that Ivanna is the best host. She and her husband made every effort to solve all the difficulties and problems for us. By the way, they also have a very beautiful apartment in Monopoli, right by the beach. If you want to have a perfect holiday, be sure to ask them.
