+ Great location, in the heart of the old town of Bari, close to the promenade, with lots of restaurants around. + There were a lot of different toiletries in the bathroom, which was convenient. + The Wifi was really great.

- the apartment was not cleaned very well - hairs on the stairs and near the bed, something looking like a straw behind the table, cobwebs on the ceiling - A/C was not working very effectively (and yes, I do know how to use a remote control) +/- quite a firm approach to checkin - the owner requires that you provide her with the exact time of arrival a few hours in advance - this is the first time I have encountered this, but of course the owner has the right to do so, it is just worth taking it into account. However we arrived earlier than we thought and the owner agreed to check in earlier - we arrived by car and tried to get any help from the owner as for the parking space - we suspected that we could not drive right to the apartment, so we wanted to find out where else we could conveniently leave the car. Unfortunately, the only thing we learned from the owner was that we can park within the blue lines. So for those arriving by car: 5 minutes from the apartment there is a large paid parking lot next to the Palazzo del Governo building - in September we had no problem finding a space there.

Cozy little apartment, beautifully located between the Old Town and the Shopping district. That makes it one of the best possible location I can imagine. Beaches are at walking distance as well. Cleanliness really really good.

Comfort cannot get full score because the kitchen does not have an extractor hood and the cookware is of very very poor quality. This makes the cooking experience a nightmare. It's fine if you stay there and eat at the restaurant, but I recommend the owner to invest on them quality cookware.

We had a very comfortable stay, Alessandra was lovely and helped us out with local restaurants. It's perfectly located in the old town. It is small, but it has everything you need.
