The location was good in the old town.

We stayed in the "Luxury Room". The room was very damp with a lot of mould and needed a major renovation. The towels could not dry during the three days we were there. There were lots of small flies in the bathroom from the damp and a lot of mould. There are no windows except one that faces an internal staircase. The air conditioner kept spraying water from somewhere while we were sleeping. The TV did not work, the whole picture was streaky, the jacuzzi only worked on one side and we did not even use it. We will never stay at this place again. Stay away from this place.

Remek helyen, Bari óvárosában helyezkedik el a jacuzzival felszerelt szállás.

A szálláshely tulajdonképpen egy szuterén, természetes fény nincsen, egy ablak van fejmagasságban, ami egy lépcsőházra néz. A felszereltsége elég hiányos, nem tartozik hozzá hűtőszekrény, edények, evőeszköz, micro stb. Esti visszaérkezés után egy hideg vizet sem lehet elfogyasztani a szálláson. Volt kávéfőző kapszulával, 1-1 minisampon, 1-1 nagy törölköző és 1-1 kéztörlő és 1 db toalett papír 4 napos tartózkodásra. De például szappan egyáltalán nem volt. A szellőzés hiánya miatt a törölközőket nem lehet megszárítani, csere pedig nem volt.

Az elhelyezkedés jo vólt.

Koszos volt a szállás, nincs megfelelő szellőzés, a fal koszos/le van peregve, A TV-nem működik, A jakuzzi használata után minden tiszta pára/víz volt de szellőztetni nem lehet, klíma csak hideget fúj, egy pincében volt az egész.

Confusion entre la chambre et la photo : arrivé à 23h pas de spa (le piège Booking par excellence…) mais une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain . Le concierge nous a proposé une intervention mais au bout de 45 min nous lui avons dis que nous étions là que pour une nuit et que nous souhaitions nous reposer .

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación del apartamento, estaba situado en el centro histórico de Bari. También el personal del apartamento estuvo simpático con todas las indicaciones que nos dieron antes de llegar al apartamento. Buen servicio con el cliente

Quizás el piso no estaba muy limpio. Además, en el baño solo había un rollo de papel higiénico para dos personas y para 3 días, esto no es suficiente. Tuvimos que comprar nosotros, asi que para los próximos huéspedes espero que los disfruten los que quedaron. Por otro lado, en el baño habia una fuga de agua en el radiador. Esto hacía que el suelo del baño estuviera mojado todo el tiempo y como tampoco había fregona no podíamos secarlo. Por último, solamente habia una toalla de baño para cada uno. No había alfombra para los pies después de la ducha ni tampoco una toalla pequeña para el lavabo.

One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. We were informed that the apartment would be ready at 2:00 PM, yet when we arrived around 4:00 PM, it was still dirty and had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. Only after we complained was a cleaner called. Even then, the cleaning was far from acceptable - we found hairs inside the refrigerator, which is simply disgusting. The listing is highly misleading. The apartment is advertised as “soundproof,” but in reality, you can hear every conversation, every door opening, and every noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Getting a proper rest was impossible. The air conditioning, which was one of the reasons we chose this property, did not work at all during our stay. The temperature inside the apartment reached nearly 30°C, making the conditions extremely uncomfortable. We contacted the owner and were assured it would be repaired the next day. Nothing was fixed. To make matters even worse, we found a cockroach in the apartment. This property failed on every basic level: cleanliness, comfort, maintenance, and honesty in its description. Being forced to wait for a dirty apartment to be cleaned, finding hairs in the fridge, enduring unbearable heat because of a broken air conditioner, dealing with constant noise, and discovering a cockroach is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. What was most frustrating was not only the poor condition of the apartment, but also the way our complaints were handled. In our experience, every issue we raised was dismissed or minimized, and responsibility was repeatedly shifted away from the property despite the obvious problems we encountered. Based on our stay, I would advise future guests to document everything carefully in case they experience similar issues. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standard presented in the listing.

Brak klimatyzacji, ekran od sterowania na ścianie to jakaś tania prowizorka, klimatyzacja nie działała❗️❗️bardzo brudno, ściany wymagają generalnego remontu, pościel ręczniki albo brudne albo niedoprane, naczynia i sztućce również niedomyte zostawione z zaschniętymi resztkami jedzenia najgorszy pobyt w moim życiu, szkoda że nie da się wstawić nagrań, bo ściany absolutnie nie są wygłuszone tak jak jest napisane Niech Was nie zmyli wspaniała lokalizacja, codziennie od rana do późnego wieczora krzyki, motory jeden za drugim, jeżdżące metalowe wózki bo tych kamieniach, hałas przeogromny Lokalni nie dawali o sobie zapomnieć również w postaci awantur. Sen w ciszy zaczynał się od 01:00 w nocy do maksymalnie 07:00 A i zapomniałam wspomnieć o urwanych drzwiach od lodówki i jednej rolce papieru na 5 dniowy pobyt 😅
