La ubicacion , y estando en un 8o piso por suerte tenia ascensor. Cosa no se dice en ningun momento.

La falta de limpieza en todo. La cocina sucia. La ropa de cama faltava limpieza. Las fotos no són nada precisas.

Tyle lat korzystamy z różnych apartamentów i ten był tragiczny. Zimno i to przez 3 dni. Trochę zrobiło się ciepło grzejąc na max klimatyzacja. Pierwszej nocy a dotarliśmy o 23 było tak zimno że nie dało się spać. W łazience przez cały pobyt zimno strasznie mimo że grzejnik jest ale wyłączony. I nie jesteśmy osobami które lubia upał w domu ale nie może być zimno że zębami szczekasz. Kolejny problem to syf i grzyb co widać na foto. Meble podarte, poniszczone nie mówiąc że stały dwa złożone łóżka nienowej po co. Ogólnie tragedia aaa i pamiętajmy że to jest 8 piętro i widoków to nie ma… są na dachy i anteny innych budynków choć to tylko tak aby każdy wiedział !!! Kubki, szklanki, naczynia, sztućce każda z innej parafii nie mówić o stanie ! Jak się bierze za wynajem pieniądze to trzeba też inwestować ! Aaa i hitem jest klimatyzacja na kluczyk więc jak wychodzisz musisz ją wyłączyć co zimą i pewnie latem powoduje że w apartamencie jest zero komfortu.

When I arrived, there was no hot water. The boiler was broken. It happens, right? Especially if the boiler is very old. They said they could not fix it. So the next day, they moved me to another place on a nearby street—and that’s when things went from bad to worse. First, the second apartment wasn’t ready. They told me I could use the shower in a third location. The door was stuck, and only two passing neighbors were able to get me inside—with a lot of effort. When I finally got to the second apartment, there was no Wi-Fi and the phone signal was terrible. I told the person I’d been in touch with, and they insisted it was working fine. Several times. Mind you, they were supposed to be working from that apartment the day before (when I waited for the apartment to get ready and thankfully meet some nice people who helped me to get inside the third apartment). But there was absolutely no Wi-Fi. Then the doors locked behind me, with the keys inside. It was after hours, I couldn’t reach anyone, nobody answered. I had to go to another hotel because I couldn’t possibly spend the night on the street. The person only replied almost twelve hours later, nearly an hour after their business hours began, saying: “Will get there when we’ll get there. We have other things to do.” They even mocked me for being locked out. To cut this nightmare short, a few days later they told me I should move again because they couldn’t fix the Wi-Fi—which, let’s not forget, was supposed to be working perfectly. I didn’t move. After all the false promises I’d been given, I didn’t have the nerves to risk another disaster. So yes, things with bad facilities happen. But the sheer incompetence and the terrible communication from this person is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Avoid it if you want to save yourself stress and frustration in an otherwise wonderful city.

Nagyon jó helyen van, könnyen megközelíthető a belváros és a vasút is. Kényelmes az ágy, konyha felszerelt.

December közepén voltunk, a központi fűtés nem volt bekapcsolva és nappaliban lévő légkondi nem működött. Így nagyon hideg volt a lakásban, egyedül a hálószobában lévő légkondival tudtunk csukott ajtó mellett meleget csinálni. A szállásadónak jeleztük, érdemi választ nem kaptunk.

Good location. Everything as expected. The bedsheets were a bit old and that’s the only minus i could give l, everything else was perfect. Clean and nice

Il panorama dal balconcino e dalla finestra, la doccia, materasso e cuscini molto comodi.

Nulla, se posso consiglierei di mettere una luce anche fuori al balcone
