Actually speaking nothing. Even they give us extended support which I bet most of such hotels won't offer to travellers.

Good Property checks all boxes for comfort, location in North Goa, amenities,service

Concerns Walls with water leakage and potentially fungal growth, old building with poor upkeep, neighbourhood buildings shoddy and abandoned construction, plenty of housekeeping staff living in the building! We literally had no intent to step out of the house let alone use the swimming pool
