The location is perfect, on the nice street that leads strait to the old town (short walking distance). The train station is also very close. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away. The apartment is very clean, with fresh towels and bedding, toiletries. The balcony is very nice. There are also cooking utensils, glasses, cups, as well as oil, salt, paper...

Luca is a fantastic host: very helpful, very kind. He waited for us to show us the apartment, booked as a taxi for the return to the airport, suggested restaurants, travel agency for booking daily trips...

Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko dworca kolejowego, portu i starego miasta. Bardzo czysto, cicho i przestronnie. W mieszkaniu kawa, przekąski, kosmetyki, kapcie i dobre wifi. Świetna baza wypadowa również do innych pobliskich miast. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

房间非常宽敞明亮，非常喜欢小露台，而且民宿地理位置很好，就在中央车站附近步行5分钟即可到达。房东先生非常nice，耐心为我们办理check in，并主动提出可以延迟退房，感受到了贴心的招待！

The apartment is in a very good location - just 6 minutes on foot from the train station and 9 minutes from the old city. There is a supermarket only 2 minutes away, and two very nice coffee spots nearby: Dama Italian Bakery and Melo Coffee & Bakery. All the main shops are in the neighborhood, so everything is within easy reach. The apartment is very nice and extremely clean, equipped with a Mini Me coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. A nice surprise was finding slippers inside 😅 - small detail, but very appreciated. There is also a large balcony with a street view, perfect for a coffee or a moment of rest. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows and duvet are good quality, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a full day of exploring the city. But for me, the absolute highlight was Luca, the host. He is incredibly kind and helpful. We needed extend our stay, but the apartment was already booked. Even so, Luca helped us find another apartment just 3 minutes away. This was completely beyond his obligations and did not benefit him in any way. I booked the new apartment separately through Booking. Thank you, Luca! Highly recommended - both the apartment and the host.

Ubytovateľ bol veľmi ústretový, poskytol všetky potrebné informácie už dopredu, video inštrukcie k sprístupneniu apartmánu. Apartmán bol čistý, všetko upratané, pripravené pre hostí … uteráky, hygienické potreby, papuče, tousty a džemy, káva, dáždnik k dispozícii. Poloha apartmánu bola skvelá, veľa obchodov, pekáreň, kaviarne, centrum - všetko bolo blízko. Klimatizácia a televízor v spálni a aj v obývačke. Ubytovatel Luca nás ubytoval už o dve hodiny skôr, keďže sme prileteli už o 12-tej.

Menší bojler, treba sa rýchlejšie osprchovať.
