It was the best I've ever stayed in. Most importantly, the house was quiet, I could sleep comfortably and it was in a central and safe area. The cleanliness, size and comfort were also extremely satisfactory. In addition to these, a respectful and helpful host makes this apartment the first choice in Bari.

Clean, comfortable and modern with everything we needed.

Everything was good

The apartment is a few minutes walk from the train station, which was convenient when we were doing day trips to the surrounding towns. Modern, stylish, well-equipped apartment on the 6th floor. There is a large living room with kitchen and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Both have access to the balcony. The rooms can be perfectly darkened with blinds when you go to sleep. The street noise does not disturb your sleep either, because the doors and windows are soundproof. The host was very helpful and communication was smooth. Mineral water, coffee capsules and some cookies were prepared when we arrived.

The fridge did not cool very well.

The host was extremely kind, sweet and professional! The house had all the amenities and well as coffee and snacks, the bathroom had toiletries too. The host allowed us to check in at 9pm and even leave our bags the day we checked out. Overall a lovely stay.

Location, air conditioning, spacious rooms and the terrace. Quiet, despite being in busy street. Very close to station- 8 minute walk. Luca was very helpful.

Kitchen facilities need improvement. Written instructions for appliances especially hob would be useful. A microwave/ convection oven would be a welcome addition as no reheating facility.

perfect location - short walking distance to the old city of Bari and to the Central Railway station. The apartment is equipted with everything needed - including bath amentities, iron, hair dryer, slippers. The host Luca is very kind and helpful. Definetily we recomend this place.

location was great, lots of sidewalk cafes around, short walk to Bari Vecchia, or the beach, close to train station

there was an odour coming out of the shower drain, it seemed like the water trap wasn't installed properly or maybe there wasn't one in the shower drain at all but there was fairly strong odour coming up from the drain,in the morning it would be pretty strong until you ran the shower, when not using I had to put a piece of plastic over the drain and add some water into the shower stall to hold the plastic down and that worked o k to seal it until the water slowly drained out but it would hold for 3 or 4 hrs, I told the host about it and he seemed concerned and indicated he would fix it.

The property is very centrally located and a very comfortable place to stay.
