Keys were in the door when I arrived. Hosts friendly when spoke to them. Short walk to the city centre.

We stayed in December. For the price of the apartment, i would expect it to be spotless. There was a lot of dust on multiple surfaces, cobwebs in corners. My legs also got covered in dog hair after kneeling on the floor. The grout in the shower has long seen better days. The heating was also an issue. We weren't able to control it in the apartment, so had to plug in an extremely old heater when the heating wasn't on in the evening we arrived, and had to havethe window wide open when the heating was on during the day (the radiator was so hot it could've burnt you, unable to control this heat). And stained towls. Expected more for the price of this place.

Loved the vibe of the place, comfortable set up, even though elevated, easy access to the town centre. Nice views.

Shower was a bit hard to get right. Hot or cold! Toilet sometimes required several flushes.

Very dirty place glass dirty left on the living room floor, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen washing up bottle full of water dirty plates dirty cutlery food box left in the fridge with mould olives. No one table cloth or tea towels for us having breakfast or lunch or dinner

Beautiful property - Lovely balloon themed & really quirky building. Really comfortable and great location.
