Zaniedbane mieszkanie, nieprzyjemny zapach

Dramat! Brak kontaktu z gospodarzem, czekałam czy czas przed obiektem, dzwoniąc i pisząc z marnym skutkiem. Kod do bramy miał zostać wysłany przed godziną zameldowania, musiałam sie kontaktować bezpośrednio z bookingiem. Nie było internetu, mimo deklaracji w opisie, a w pokoju nieprawdopodobnie śmierdziało stęchlizną.

The accommodation was very disappointing. It was not clean at all, and there was a strong stuffy smell. We even found broken glass, and the water heater in the kitchen was leaking. The air conditioning barely worked, and the internet did not work at all. Because it rained for two days, water was leaking into the room onto our luggage. The only positive thing was the location, everything else was very poor.
