Residenza San Marco Dei Veneziani

Everything was perfect, super clean, had all amenities, friendly and kind host, great location!

Francesco is an exceptional owner, very good contact (he speaks English a bit). The apartment is in the heart of Bari, perfect to explore the old town. The apartment itself is neat, with basic equipment and kitchen appliances. We used a transfer from the airport, Francesco picked us up and delivered safe and sound with two little kids :) Very good for a couple of nights.

The bathroom would benefit with some thorough cleaning.

Well located in the middle of old Bari. The apartment was small but clean and well equipped; great for a two-night stay.

Communication with the guy who brought the keys wasn't great, but he arrived within 10 minutes of the agreed time. There is no lounge or shared space apart from the small kitchen table.

The property was right in the middle of the historical centre but you felt more secluded, not kept awake by sounds of the tourist area which, until you turn into the via are quite loud. The flat itself is fairly spacious with good facilities - the air con was especially good vs other places I had stayed in Italy. The balcony is an added bonus and a great place for an evening drink. Francesco was fantastic and incredibly responsive on WhatsApp and even came over to the property in 10 minutes when we had a question about the stove. His bar round the corner is also lovely and made us feel right at home.

Not a complaint about the property per se but I would have appreciated some specific guidance on getting to the BnB itself as Google Maps was not very accurate so we got lost on the way but, again, Francesco was quick to offer help.

- location is amazing. Francesco is very friendly. Balcony is good. Apartment is nice, italian breakfast is served in restaurant (100m).

shower (water only flows from above). Cold floor - and overall cold in the apartment (but in summer it can be a big advantage) :)
