The physical location is very convenient for the old town (about 4 blocks) and the train station (about 6 blocks).

Everything is done be whatsapp messaging. You can never speak to or meet a human. There is a restaurant directly under the room that plays loud music nightly. The bed is so soft it's like sleeping on a marshmallow . 3e washed clothes and there was no drying rack. We notified the agent and they told us it was in the room. We never found it.
