The location was perfect. The size of the room was also ok. The host was helpful and guided us to the apartment on the phone and via email.

Cleanliness could be better - I have myself removed (very visible) dust form the shelves. There was also a clear problem with the light in the shared entrance space - the automated lighting went on in our apartment (yes, you are reading correctly, inside!) whenever the neighbours activated them when returning back to their apartment next door during the night. Meaning they went on and off from around 11pm to 1am at night, disturbing our sleep.

The location was very good as it was located in a close distance to train station and the center. Also the fact that there was a kitchen was a big advantage as there was no breakfast included.

First there was a strong smell of the gas in the hall + the mirror was dirty before our arrival. However the worst thing was that the host was very unkind, condescending and arrogant. Let me introduce you to the situation that happened to us, just to warn you. On the first day we faced the problem with shower pipe that was leaking and literally shooting water in the different dirrections (they managed to fix that quite fast, so that's a positive thing). However, on the third day of our stay, all pipes got clogged and water started to pump up from the sink, bidet, toilet and shower (at the same time). As we tried to manage the uprising flood I also tried to contact the host. To my surprise, I got two "pieces of advice" from the host - that maybe the shower drain got clogged DURING OUR STAY (which is funny, because we were here only 3 nights and that would mean the drain was not cleaned properly) or that we turned off the "sanitrit" (which we also did not do as there is a big sign saying not to do so). After the little help and almost no reaction we got from her, we got accused plenty of times that we must have broke it down and that it is our fault and we have to pay for it (still reminding you that we were living there for 3 days and we followed every rule possible). After the technician visit (while we weren't home) they said that they found a "tampon" that clogged it and they've sent us a photo of some wet paper as an "evidence". I was there with my girlfriend, but she never used one the whole time, so the bathroom was definitely not cleaned properly and we were falsely accused. So to conlcude - the staff was the worst thing included to this apartment. If you want a peaceful stay and zero problems, I highly recommend you to chose something else.

Comunication wise was excellent!!! And very close to shopping street.

When openening the apartment you can smell a bad scent from drainage.Alot of Mosquitos because of that!! You can hear water flowing from above and noises coming thru the wall ,did not slept well..I cannot tell if the sheets are changed after each client. or cleaned properly as there were traces of blood on the bed sheet. View was dirty shaft. R

The location was central, grateful the host let us enter the studio early, the bedding was good quality, the washing machine was available and working. The clothes dried outside quickly because of the AC which was great! The hosts were reachable during our stay and willing to replace items for kitchen. A small grocery store was nearby.

The sewer smell was not comfortable for our stay. I am not a fan of self check-in. The host didn't ensure that the kitchen was set up properly ie. broken espresso pot and un-useable frying pan.

The location is perfect just a few minutes walking from the old city center, the station and shopping area. The apartment is really well furnished there is everything you need. And of course the kindness of the owner.
