Nothing, maybe the location.

All, the staff , no facilities, no wi-fi, wasn't clean, didn't looked as in pictures , I saw rats around of balcony, the air conditioner machine was black instead of white because of the dust. No wi-fi available during my accommodation. Strong smell of savage during every afternoon. No cooperation with the staff even if I informed about all .

Good location, the room has a washing machine

We stayed in this apartment and, unfortunately, were extremely unhappy. Be careful when leaving the room — the door closes automatically, and if you forget the keys, it will turn into a real problem. We faced this situation: we forgot the keys in the door and started writing about the problem to the owner on WhatsApp and booking, no one answered. We were lucky that the Italians lived in the room opposite and they were able to call the owner's number and explain to him what had happened. It was about 21:00 when the assistant came, he couldn't open the door. We asked to call a service that could help, but they told us that this was only possible in the morning. As a result, we had to spend the night outside, and the money remained locked in the room. The next morning, a man came and opened the door in just 5 minutes, but we had to pay him 50 euros for this service. This is simply unacceptable! In addition, there was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the apartment, and it seems that the owners do not care at all how their customers feel.

Everything was good, the apartment is in very good location in the city center.

Good location, all the places in the city can be reached within few minutes

It gets noisy during evening/night due to restaurants outside the windows but thats not that big of deal

Nice, comfortable and perfectly located close to Bari Vecchia. Nice walks on the promenade are really close by.

Everything was great, temperatures were high but AC worked fine

The location was perfect - inside the center, but quite far from the beach, it was better to take a train in the heat. There are many shops and pizzerias near the accommodation. The accommodation had all you needed even for a long stay. It was easy to get there and receive the keys. We did not have a view to the street so it was very calm and quiet at night.

As most people write it is not so light as it looks in the picture but it is alright also not so dark. The bed is a good size for two people but the mattress is very uncomfortable, we didn't sleep very well, it is too soft and it has a weird position when you lie down, would recommend to change it. There is a bad smell from the bathroom. I also think the check in is very late for the fact that the check out time is at 10 am. I also did not like that when there were cleaners in the next room, they were fighting and were very loud while cleaning.When you need help from the staff they help but speak very arrogantly. Didn’t feel like this was a good customer care.
