City View - 11 Southcot Place

1. Temperature control is overly complicated because it is programmed based on specific time intervals; also it seemed to forget settings from previous day, though I'm not sure. Also, different temperature at different zones, though same settings on two thermostats. 2. Rubbish disposal rules seem too complex and contradictory - seemed like three different bins for recyclables.

Very spacious and good view.

The lower toilet cannot be locked and car parking is quite expensive. The light bulb in the living room was flashing.

We enjoyed our stay here overall. We loved the views of the city from the bedrooms. The location was a nice walk from the Roman Baths for a person who enjoys walking (maybe 10 minutes). Close to train and bus stations (5-8 minutes walking). The apartment was clean and had a sophisticated feeling. We liked the duvets on the bed and the cute kitchen and living room seating in the evening. The bath towels were very large and so lovely. The area was really quiet. The city felt safe to walk around but can be dark as there are not a lot of street lights we found.

My elderly parents had a difficult time with the few flights of stairs in the apartment and the location up a hill. We walked everywhere and my parents had to take a taxi often due to the amount of walking and the hill incline. It does not have a washer or dryer if you need it. You do share an entrance with another flat. You need to recycle and separate every piece of garbage or there are fines just so you know ahead of time.

Rooms were beautiful

Could have had a few little things on arrival such as milk, wine, biscuits. Every place I have stayed in before has a few special things given on arrival, especially when you are paying a lot.

everything in the property is impeccable, and the views are gorgeous

you need to be prepared to walk if you don’t have a car but everything is close the apartment, just a little hill
