Very nice apartment,clean,new and comfortable. will come back again.

It is a very spacious and modernly designed apartment. Tall rooms, fully utilated (fridge, tv, Netflix, coffee machine, induction stove, microwave, everything...), with modern lights, balcony overseeing a quiet street and the "Chiesa Russa", gives you an impression of modern day "palazzo". The bed was comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi available. It can be reached on foot from Bari Centrale in 15 min. Communication with the owner was exclusively via chat app, with complete info concerning access and the property. A variety of complimentary drinks were available. Croissants are delivered every morning as part of breakfast. Coffee reserves were provided.

During our stay it was quite cold and we only found a very thin blanket. We tried to heat the room using the available a/c but the master fuse crashed. It was night, we were in dark with an emergency light on, no other electricity. I've contacted the owner which responded in like 20 min and provided the instructions to re-arm the master fuse. Arming the fuse became a standard activity as it was set by design at a low amperage, to limit consumption. Anyway, the a/c bearly made a difference so we left it on, during the day. Following a visit from the owner, we were criticized for leaving one light on (fair, but there were so many lights and switches that we got lost on how to turn all of them off...we missed one) and for leaving the heat on, which didn't seem fair given the cold, the huge space and the inefficient heating method. We were provided with the location of extra blankets. This worked for the bedroom but still a challenge to take a shower (bathroom electric heater always would crash the fuse). Shower pressure was low and at some point hot water would run out (perhaps some sort of boiler system). "Breakfast included" is an overstatement. One croissant per person is delivered every morning. There is one bottle of milk in the fridge, 2 butter portions and some low quality products (like supermarket cupcakes, sweets, crackers, Nutella). It is a matter of preference, but I would have liked a personal interaction with the owner, not only through chat apps.

Very comfortable flat, all you need for a good vacation, 12 min to the main train station, 20 .min to old city center, supermarket near, and Coffee shops. The host was very helpful with all requests. Breakfast is italian type, beverages in the fridge, including prosecco. Very nice stay, we reccomend.

Very nice apartment, modern, with great wieu Excelent welcome package - with prosseco😊. Easy to acces and close to the stazzione centrale. Higly recommand this appartment. Greatvjob Angela!!!

Everyting was suuper!!!

We stayed for 10 nights and I liked that the apartment was cleaned half way through our stay. We received fresh towels twice too. Communication with the host was excellent and breakfast at Oliver’s was fab.

We really enjoyed our stay at First Floor B&B. The apartment was really nice, clean and spacious, the neighbourhood was safe. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. Coffee and drinks in the fridge were a nice surprise, as were the croissants brought to us every morning. We also appreciated that our host was always online and ready to help.

I love this room sooo much! It's extremely clean and stylish. The host is great and the breakfast is awesome as well. Great location, great host, great value of money. I highly recommend this room if you want to stay in Bari!
