Very clean and modern apartment with clear instructions/directions for entry to apartment (text and photos). Very helpful host. Grocery shop 2min walk away, very well supplied. Less than 10mins to esplanade and a lovely restaurant 'La Tana Dell'Artista' (pizza and fish, which the host recommended). Perfect location if renting car. 25mins to Bari old town. 10 mins from airport. There is a bus that stops outside the apartment (but we didn't investigate where it went!) We stayed for 3 days (couple with toddler). I would definitely recommend and maybe return again one day!

Street Parking, it can be challenging during the day or early evening, but we could still park nearby and there were lots of spaces available later just outside the apartment block, so we would move our rental car nearer - this was not a huge problem, it was more for our convenience!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and tidy, the apartment is super equipped, it has everything you'll need. There is literally every possible thing in the kitchen. Bedroom and shower are very comfortable, huge closet in the bedroom. The hostess Maria Teresa is a remarkable person, she made our stay so enjoyable, every question was answered and every request fulfilled. We really couldn't thank her enough. She picked us up from the airport by herself, showed us the apartment, made sure that we're OK, later gave recommendations for restaurants. She even prepared some stuff in the fridge (water, soft drinks, yogurts, milk etc) and put some coloring books and a high chair for our baby kid. If you travel with a car there's plenty of parking in the street. A supermarket just downstairs is very nice. Although it is not located near the center of Bari, we liked this area better - very nice and chill, a 5 min walk to a small (rocky) beach and a lot of restaurants. It is a 20-30 min ride by train/car/taxi to the center, and 15 min ride to the airport. Be sure to know that almost everything is close during noon times, but there are a few places that are open, you can use google maps to find out. Bottom line - The place is just prefect and the Maria Teresa is simply amazing.
