"Overall very pleased with appartment"

Breakfast not applicable. Enjoyed the lay out of appartment, its comfort and cleanliness.

Our visit to meet with family clashed with Bath's Christmas Market. As a result the inflationary cost of appartment was not welcome although I do understand the reason for it.

"Exceptional"

The location is very convenient: within walking distance to the city center, and also just 1 minute walk to the bus stop going to the university. Perfect for university visitors.

Great location and value for money. Spacious, comfortable bedroom.

Interior slightly outdated, but it has its magic. Radiator in the living room did not work, but the hosts kindly arranged for an electrician to come over to fix it. No radiator in the kitchen, it will be very cold there during the coming winter months. Very poor water pressure in the shower.

"Great location for Bath City"

Bed very comfortable and lovely bedding. Great location for the city

Just a little dated, but very comfortable. Could do with some kind of dressing table with a mirror in the bedroom. Radiator in the living room didnt seem to work. Also, the towels were very small, but these are all just small things really. If we had needed to contact the host to sort anything,we would have done so. We would still very much recommend

Very clean, easy to find, spacious

Check out at 10am was too early. Should have been noon. Four hours should be plenty of time to clean for next guest.
