Lovely apartment, perfect location and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous apartment. So cosy and has everything you would need. We were greeted with a bottle of red wine- such a nice touch. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

No negatives.

The location was excellent, Helen our host was very helpful. The washing machine was an excellent addition, after the airports and the buses... In general the apartment was excellent would definitely stay again.

The check out at 10 is extremely early for paying a full day. The bed was too soft and I had back pains after first night. The works in the street were annoying (though the complementary ear plugs were a cute addition).

Very nice apartment, spotlessly clean and perfect location for exploring Bath and its surroundings as is very near to the train station. There were 3 of us so we used the bed but also the sofa bed which is quite comfortable. You are in the center so you have bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby.

Only flaw: the description of the structure says that the towels are provided but the sets are not complete. We were 3 people and we were provided with one shower towel each but there were just 2 hand towels. When we wrote to the staff thinking it was just an oversight and asking for one more, we were told that that was the supply for 3 people. If I had the choice I would prefer no gift such as the welcome wine if important things such as a complete set of towels each were missing.

location, cleanness, fully equipped, great management, spacious, everything you need is there from equipment to cleaning supplies ..etc. Helen was great, helped beyond her duties and received a package for us. You need to realize that this is a central location so it comes with the attached noise from the street.

Nothing , but I wish they can accept late check out-with fees- in the future. We were given a midday check out, which was appreciated.

Great location, nice bright clean apt, well appointed with everything needed for a stay. The 2 nesting tables provided extra space to use in the living area and the small one was used in the corner of the bathroom for a place to place toiletries.

A little more "flat space" in the bath would be helpful.

It’s just the right size for our needs & right in the heart of Bath. It’s 10 minutes from Bath Spa train station & as soon as you walk out of the flat, you have all of Bath’s best right at your fingertips. The flat is cosy & immaculate. The property manager have been a tremendous help. The flat has a binder for guests to peruse that included tours & helpful phone numbers. Another plus is that it has a bin for recyclables, I really appreciated that.

This is not a diss but more of a suggestion. It would be really helpful to guests to put labels/reminders around the flat like what electric switches cannot be turned off, how to use the washer/dryer, etc.
