Spacious Maisonette with Parking - 10 mins walk from Bath Abbey - 2 Bed & 2 Bath

It is spacious and have a lot of facilities.

The area is quite noisy and the noise pass the closed windows.

The property has single glazed window so at night as its close to town there is a lot of noise.

Property was exceptionally clean and tidy when we arrived, clear instructions as to how to use everything we needed. Close to the city centre as well

Spacious and attractive accommodation. Comfy living room and bedrooms and the bathrooms were roomy with great storage and surface space. Easy walk in to Bath centre- and great to have the tucked away dedicated parking space nearby (we weren’t able to pull in by property to unload but was easy enough to get luggage from the car as had wheely suitcase).

Only small things- nothing that spoiled the trip or would stop me recommending it- could have done with more lamps in living room to avoid having the big light on! And a mirror in the top bedroom. Due to the type of building it didn’t warm up easily but closing the doors to the rooms and blankets from the beds over the knees helped!

The flat is very big, modern, in a great condition with windows showing daily life in the city. Everything worked perfectly and you could regulate the heating to your needs. A bery good property and easy to recommend it.

The only thing you should be aware of is that the property is laid out over a number of levels with relatively steep stairs. For a vast majority of people not an issue.

The apartment was situated a short distance from the town cente, so was great to walk to & from. Discovering Bath was within easy walking distance. The apartment was very spacious & was comfortable, had what we needed.

The apartment is located on a busy junction and has a food outlet underneath to the side. Unfortunately, throughout the night, it's a very busy part junction. Traffic, customers for the food outlet until very late, passer-bys returning home from a good night out & emergency vehicle sirens. Sleeping with a window open is not advised at all. Unfortunately, the shower on the first floor didn't work and the 2nd floor shower wasn't in full working order.

The whole building was stunning, the rooms were amazing, so much space we didn't know what to do with it

The car park was a short distance from the property, however was super hard to find due to the awful weather we had when we arrived. Also the noise, again nothing anyone is at fault for, but being woken up at 4/5am to bin men shouting wasn't pleasant.

Excellent, roomy, ideally appointed, beds & pillows were so soft! A fabulous base to visit Bath & the surrounding area for a few days, next time we want to come to the city, we will look to see if this apartment is available!
