Location.

Outside noise throughout the night and early normal. Had to sleep in living room for 2 nights. Toilet brush dirty. Toilet flush stuck on. Pans did not work on induction hub as non ferrous. One single frying pan did but was worn with dangerous Teflon peeling off. WiFi was poor so was not able to work from the flat as not enough stability for Teams meeting
