Luxury 1 Bed Flat, Spectacular Views Of Bath

Found the apartment very convenient and very comfortable enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was in great need of maintenance. The blinds in the bedroom did not work, but mainly the bathroom was falling apart. The sink plug was broken, it would not come out, tried opening it and found it was siliconed down and underneath was caked in hair. The shower waste is blocked, getting to an inch deep. The toilet seat is loose, as is the pipe the showerhead fits to. I have very bad balance and there was no anti slip shower mat, which I needed, and the toilet brush was brown. To be honest the apartment was lovely, but it needs up keep and could eventually let you down.

Location was fab! The communication with the letter was really good and response time was quick. The room was clean and airy with a nice view.

The bedroom was very light as soon as the sun was up. Could do with blackout curtains.

Shutters on windows in bedroom to block early morning light in the summer would be a bonus.

Loved the appartment - lovely feel to it. Spacious, rooms with views. Would have loved to stay there longer. Location was superb Well connected by public transport. Places to see and restaurants at walkable distance.

No lift for higher floors. Google Maps directions took us to a place below the bridge by the water. We had to ask and find the place. The insulation of the rooms could be better.. could feel a breeze even with everything closed. The first angular step on the ground level of the stairs going up is a hazzard. It can get missed and one can fall as it happened with us. Making that step square would be good.

Clean, bright, comfortable flat. Plenty of room and a beautiful view from the living area. Had everything we needed for a short trip. Location excellent. Great communication with host too. We are looking forward to returning next week!

The location was perfect. The property was easy to locate and was very clean. The owner was extremely kind and responsive.

There needs to be better instructions on how to operate the electrical appliances. Trying to figure out how to operate even the oven was a bit frustrating. Even though there are instructions available who wants to spend precious time reading several different manuals. It would be more helpful if at check in someone gave a short explanation on the use of the various appliances. Otherwise this was the perfect place to explore Bath Spa.
