Great welcome from Fr. Wolfrum. Wonderful breakfast including home-grown fruits and jams. ... definitely worth the extra few euros. Very clean and well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, portable twin hotplate, kettle... plus teas and coffee.

Nothing. Only minor issue is that it is not possible to pay by card... so unless you have a German bank account, you should take enough cash to pay the bill. This isn't indicated on the Booking.com website reservation.
