Kitchen not fully equipped Pull out sofa was not comfortable at all though they warned about this but why offer it The tub not convenient for older people

Feel like a home. Neat and clean. Quick communication. Instruction provided clearly. Convenient , safe and quiet location. Local transportation nearby. Washing machine and dryer available though we don’t required to use it. Free transportation ticket to travel inside the Bern. There is crockeries and utensils to prepare and cook . We absolutely love our stay there. Easy check in and check out.

Nothing

The location was calm and quiet. The apartment was spotless. It had everything one might need to spend some days with the family and to work, including a screen, extra cables, kitchenware and toiletries. The self check-in method was seamless and everything was very well explained and taken care of. Extra points for organisation and attention to small details.

If I had to mention something, would be how uncomfortable the sofa-bed from the office might be to lighter sleepers. It squeaks when you move and the mattress is indeed too soft. The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable though, so this would only be an issue if you need more than one bed, which was our case.

Well maintained and pretty much got all needed.
