Sehr komfortable Wohnung, große Küche mit sehr guten Küchengeräten. Zusätzlich ist neben dem Schlafzimmer auch ein Ankleidezimmer vorhanden. Ein sehr geräumiges gut eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und ein großer Balkon. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Strandkorb.

Sehr enge Treppen von der Tiefgarage. Kein Fahrstuhl - weder von der Tiefgarage noch in den Häusern. Dadurch konnte kein Transportwagen genutzt werden, insbesondere, da auch die Zufahrt zu starke Schrägen hatte. Ungünstig war die Kopplung des Lichts im Bad mit dem Ankleideraum und ein lautes Geräusch im Bad beim Lichtanmachen - wahrscheinlich eine mögliche Bluetooth Kopplungsaufforderung. Der Balkon war den ganzen Tag ohne Sonneneinstrahlung, da er trotz anderer Beschreibung, statt auf den Garten zur Straße ausgerichtet ist. Es sind zwar ein Tisch und Stühle, aber keine Liegen vorhanden.

Einfach alles, wunderschöne Einrichtung, super Ausstattung, mein persönliches Highlight war der Dyson-Staubsauger Zur Wohnung gehört ein TG-Stellplatz (gegen Aufpreis)
