Die Lage des Appartements und der Ferienanlage war gut; ruhig und am Rand von Binz. Man war in 4 Minuten am Strand.

Das Appartement war übelst! Schon beim Betreten hat ein verbrannter Geruch uns entgegen geweht. Das Schlafzimmerfenster konnte man nur 1cm weit öffnen. Die Fliegengage zur Balkontür war defekt und notdürftig mit Panzertape geflickt. Die Couch war völlig abgewohnt und verschlissen. Im Kühlschrank war ein Fach defekt und manche Küchenutensilien verrostet und angegammelt. Für den Preis so etwas angeboten bekommen ist schon fast eine Frechheit.
