Baustelle vor der Tür, dadurch sehr laut am frühen Morgen,laut Beschreibung sollte sie schon fertig sein. Kein Parkplatz wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist einfach Top.. Das Zimmer war mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos und einfach.

Das Sofa ist in die Jahre gekommen und unbequem. Ein Seifenhalter für die Dusche, gehört in die Dusche und nicht in die Ablage unterm Waschbecken..... Bei Wind zieht es ganz schlimm unter der Wohnungstür durch, sodass wir Handtücher davor legen mussten. Da müsste man die Tür mal einstellen oder einen Zugluftstopper besorgen. Für die Baustelle neben dem Haus kann der Vermieter nichts, aber wenn man morgens um 7 Uhr von den Baggern geweckt wird, nervt das doch. Habe irgendwo gelesen, dass die Baustelle bis 28.06 andauern sollte.... Die ist aber mit Sicherheit nicht vor August fertig, was leider auch Auswirkungen auf die Parkplätze am Haus hat.
