Fußläufig zum Zentrum von Binz gelegen, Parkplatz vor der Tür

Ab 07:30 Uhr Baustellenlärm aufgrund von Pflasterarbeiten im Innenhof; Betten durchgelegen; Waschmaschine faktisch nicht spontan nutzbar, da im Nachbargebäude und ausschließlich mit Ein-Euro- Münzen pro 30 Minuten zu bedienen.
