- Lauter Kühlschrank, der Nachts stören kann - Terrasse mit Tisch nicht einladend (vermoost und nicht gepflegt) - Kleiner Tipp: in einer kleinen Wohnung ist naturgemäß wenig Platz. Der wenige Stauraum sollte deshalb nicht mit übermäßiger Deko (Tisch zum Frühstücken) und im Bad (Schublade im Waschtisch) mit Hygieneartikel belegt sein. Dadurch hatten wir kaum Platz für unsere eigenen Utensilien.

Everything was perfect! Frederick welcomed us personally and made us feel at home right away. He checked up to see if we needed anything else. The facility had everything we needed, washing machine included. The location is close to the Main Street from Binz and only a short walk from the seafront. The local bus stop is a 5 minute walk and the main station about 20Min by foot, but you can also take the bus. A small bakery was a minute away. We could not have hoped for a better accommodation. We will surely book again when coming here.

Great location! Close to the sea, hiking trails, restaurants and a street with stores. There is a super REWE 15 minutes away. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more! Despite the small size of house, comfortable. Super grilling area and lawn. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and you can see it seems like all the stars of space. The landlord is very friendly and set us up with great places to dine and sights to see. And even though we were already with a big kid, he accommodated us as comfortably as possible. It was a pity we didn't have more time, but now we know about such a wonderful place!

Most of all I appreciate the communication of the owner - very friendly, correct, immediate ❤️ The space of the apartment is very small, but the owner has thought through the practical placement of the furniture. For a single with a dog or for a young couple the place is ideal. The kitchen is perfectly and fully equipped. There is an oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The land, unfortunately, is not fenced. Caution if you plan to stay with your dog. He must be kept on a leash at all times, even in the garden.

Cute little apartment with a wonderful terrace and garden available. Squeaky clean. The host is accommodating and super kind - flawless communication, let us check in early, we had a crib and high chair ready, there were beach necessities available for us. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, the city center and the lake is less than 5 min walk, there is a bakery right around the corner, and beach is very close, too. The parking is free and large enough. Our dog was welcome.

The dog beach is further away, but easy to reach by bus or a car.

it's exactly as it says: small but perfect! Extremely well equipped for such a small space. It was quiet and private and altogether perfect.
