- spacious and well-equipped kitchen - dishwasher - coffee bean machine and free coffee - perfect - large dining room and sitting area with TV - pleasant owner, although she does not speak English, she was very accommodating - large and comfortable outdoor seating, we enjoyed it - possibility of grilling - private parking in the garden

- small rooms - there are no rooms with separate beds
