Apartment Vodni with parking

Location is very good, strict city center of Brno. Also a parking space in a garage is a big plus. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Ventilation and air conditioning is not working well. After a hot day the apartament gets very hot as well and it is nearly impossible to lower the temperature. Opening windows is not na option if you want to get a sleep as the trams on an adjacent street are very loud. Also, the interior is quite old and tired; floors, furniture and bathroom appliances need attention. Cleanliness is also not the best we experienced.

We had to wait for half an hour without a response to get our keys.

Excellent location, very spacious, all the utilities are provided. Parking garage is safe and secure!

Wish i could stay a day longer

The price per night is too high for such a flat because it need to be repaired.

Location of the apartment is great, close to the center. Big bonus is a parking place in the garage and relatively new building with a lift. Price is fair for the value of the accommodation. Communication with a host was easy and fast. TV with netflix.

Flat seems to be used and needs some refresh. It was relatively clean but we got used sponge for dishes which is disappointing. Curtains on the windows were not the cleanest. Missing batteries in remote controllers, high chairs were not in the best shape. The toilet brush and curtain in the bathroom needs to be replaced.

Spacious, close to city center, pretty clean

Bed sheets were made of synthetic material so expect static electricity. Apartment renovation is pretty old so expect many dents and scratches here and there.
