Location and views were amazing

Less lights in the house, missing pool

Fantastic location, courtyard had a perfect view of the Caldera. Close to centre but still felt nice and secluded. Had a comfortable bed and a fridge which was useful. Overall the room was great and the staff we dealt with were very friendly (either bringing our suitcases to the room, or helping us to book taxi transfers to/from the port).

Bathroom needed a bit of work - the sink tap was old and quite rusty and shower curtain was too close to the toilet. But these are small complaints! It would also have been nice to have some hangers downstairs for coats etc.

I have stayed at Caldera Senses for two nights in March 2026. The following issues are my honest review during my stay. 1. The location and view are good. The owner could arrange early check-in for me which was good. 2. The main issue is tha during my two nights stay. There was no wifi at all. I have addressed our concern to the owner I need wifi to deal with my office works. The owner kept on saying that he asked the wifi to fix the problem but never succeed. Finally, I had to deal with office works outside at restaurants till late at night and put my life at risk after returning to the hotel. I made complaint to the owner that he should not mention there is wifi at the hotel on the website. The owner had mentioned they would refund while no feedback afterward. My conclusion was that you could consider to choose this hotel if wifi is not a requirement to you. Secondly, the owner would keep on mentioning they will fix the problem and commit for settlement while they just wish to settle the argument temporarily and never respond again. To me, the hotel does not match with the basic requirements in view of its price.

The owner, Giannis, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate all our small requests during our stay. Thanks to his hospitality, we had a very comfortable time. We were also thrilled to receive a complimentary room upgrade! The facilities were clean and easy to use. A small but great detail was having plenty of power outlets throughout the house, which was very convenient. Above all, the sunset from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! With a full view of the western sea, we enjoyed spending time there from morning until night. We also loved grabbing takeout from nearby spots and having our meals on the terrace. It was a highly satisfying stay. Thank you so much, Giannis!

La ubicación increíble, tenia vista al mar y a la Caldera. La habitación muy limpia y amplia y esta muy cerca de la estación de buses de la isla. La persona que nos llevo al alojamiento y paso las llaves fue muy amable, volvería sin ninguna duda

位置很好，去哪里都方便， 有小露台，视野不错的，直接可以在这里拍日落 配套齐全 房东会帮忙带到住宿地，有小问题也及时解决了，人很好。

拉箱子的比较不好走，建议带随身用品就好

Čisto uredno udobno ... Domaćin ljubazan tu je bio za sve sto treba. Pogled fenomenalan vrijedi poc.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The surroundings were lovely, and the host was extremely warm and considerate. She paid close attention to our needs and kindly helped us carry our luggage, especially since the road was very difficult. I truly appreciate her hospitality and I will come back here again.
