Location was wonderful. View was lovely.

The place is a luxurious, comfortable, beautifully renovated cave suite with a terrace overlooking the caldera. The host is kind, responsive, and enthusiastic. Early check-in at 9a.m. and late check-out at 12p.m. provided upon request, the host also provides luggage storage. The location is a short walk away from the heart of Fira, and at the same time in a quiet, new, beautiful part of town. Needless to say, the view of the caldera is unlike any other in the world. The suite is equipped with more amenities and products than what you'll need. Every part of the suite is of utmost quality, including the bed that offered the most relaxing sleep I've had in months. The suite is cleaned every single day. The price is unbeatable in all of Santorini, equivalent accommodations charge at least 2 to 3 times than what Elia Family Suites is charging. The list of positive remarks about this place goes on, my expectations were high, and nevertheless Elia Family Suites managed to exceed them.

The terrace is shared among the 3 Elia Family Suites, however most of the terrace seems to be part of the cave suite. The host provided some inaccurate information about boat excursions.

The location was perfect and the room was perfectly clean and comfortable.

- The location of this property is perfection. - Conveniently close to Fira town centre and the main bus station, yet far enough to be a quiet retreat at the end of the day. - The views from the room is amazing. When you step out in the morning, at golden hour and at sunset. - The room is spacious with use of wifi, TV, kettle, refrigerator, safe, iron, slippers etc - The room is clean and well kept. Housekeeping does a good job. Free bottled water everyday.

- There are some minor issues in the bathroom which the owners know about. - The sink area can be better with a wider + deeper sink. - The shower floor can be slippery. Could install textured floor tiles? - Light sleepers might find the fridge slightly noisy at night.

The host was very friendly and went through with us all facilities in the hotel room. The location was great, close to Fira central bus station. Nice view from the terrase.

Not directly reachable by car, one has to walk up those steps so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggages. Water accumulates on the floor in shower.

Beautiful sunset from the hotel, you literally don't have to go anywhere for the sunset, walkable distance to fira market, very peaceful place, and view of caldera and cruise were awesome

It's bit inside, very difficult to shift luggage from parking, though staff helped with luggage on arrival, but still its difficult if you have heavy luggage, apart from that I guess all good and value for money

The views from the apartment’s windows are just amazing! The apartment was very comfortable, it had everything needed and well furnished.

Excellent property. Every single facility was as expected. Slight distance away from the centre of Fira which was perfect. Was greeted and guided by Chrestos throughout our stay. Best experience possible.

This is just a suggestion. The view to the sea was blocked by a wall while on our deck chairs. If this was glass the view would be even better. Thanks
