Skvělá poloha,bezplatné parkování,dostatek místa, na to,že je byt v centru, jsme nezaznamenali větší hluk.

Slabší vybavení kuchyně, není zde žádný větší hrnec, třeba na těstoviny. Hosté si po sobě mají umýt nádobí sami, v bytě není myčka, což zjevně ne každý zvládne,některé nádobí nebylo úplně čisté.
