It was a terrible experience

This is not a hotel, there is no reception. They require you to submit personal and sensitive information over unsecured means. The door was locked, I was forced to stand outside for 20 minutes trying to gain access. No one was available to help, communication only happened via text, staff was unprofessional, obtuse and rude. Was unable to access the room and had to stay at a real hotel. I disputed the charges with my bank and booking.com
