Super lokalizacja, czysto i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Parking w podwórzu. Super miejsce na jednodniowy nocleg w podwórzu, ale również godny polecenia na 2- 3 noce zeby pozwiedzać Graz

Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Am besten ist die Lage im Stadtzentrum, und trotzdem ist es ruhig, mit einem Parkplatz im Hof.

"Petit appartement proches du centre de Graz"

Logement fonctionnel, parfait pour un court séjour / une étape à Graz. Il y a de nombreux restaurants aux alentours et le centre historique est à cinq minutes à pied de l'autre côté de la rivière. Arrivée simple. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le parking (payant) à disposition, celui de la rue étant gratuit le week-end (samedi après-midi & dimanche).

L'appartement est petit : il n'y a pas vraiment de place pour circuler dans la chambre et le canapé lit, déplié à notre arrivée, rend la pièce de vie (salon + cuisine) relativement petite également.

"I recommend this dated but clean and well located property with parking."

Great location . The hostess was a great communicator and everything was well explained. The apartment was clean and great to have a washing machine and private balcony. We were very thankful for the nespresso machine.

It needs a little updating as it is an older kitchen… a few more kitchen utensils and a bottom door shelf in the fridge for bottles.

Posizione centrale con parcheggio privato sotto la struttura. Non servono i mezzi pubblici, il centro si visita tranquillamente a piedi. L'host ci ha lasciato la possibilità di utilizzare il parcheggio oltre l'orario di check-out

Ottima posizione, terrazza ampia e accogliente.

Non c' è la possibilità di cucinare in modo adeguato perché a disposizione c'è solo una piastra elettrica mobile. Non c' è la TV.
