Apartment "Maria Theresia"

We loved this apartment, it's so cozy and welcoming. We enjoyed coming back to this warm apartment every day after long walks around Graz. The location is excellent because it's so calm and the tram station is just a few minutes away. We had lunch at a nearby restaurant, 3 goldene kugeln and it was also really good. The hosts were kind and explained everything upon our arrival. The book shelves and classical music cd-s were my favourite. I would recommend this accommodation to anybody visiting Graz.

Amazing, kind hosts, so responsive and caring. The place is great, such a pleasure to stay at. The apartment is very spacious, has two bedrooms, very big living room, well equipped kitchen.

I liked everything.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location - I attended a course at the medical university which is approx. 5 minutes away on foot. The connection to the city centre is also really good, the nearest tram stop is 3 mins away from the apartment, and you can get to the city centre in 15 minutes with the tram directly. The host is very kind, also really helpful.

Welcomed warmly by Mr.&Mrs.Leban, excellent communication in English. spotlessly clean flat, stylish bidermaier furniture, an extra bed on request (thank you), good quality beds and linen, quiet location-all we could hear were the church bells(pleasant) and ambulances (not pleasant), fully equipped kitchen-special thanks for the bottle of wine. A balcony with a view to the cementary. Close to Billa. Extra bonuses: bicycle path just by the house and a storage room for bikes. Private parking.

A dishwasher would be great but I had known before there woul be none, so I cannot complain.
