Great location, good to have the pool at the end of the hot day, clean and comfortable unit, food extras in the kitchen added a nice touch and good kitchen facilities for cooking, great to have use of a washing machine and drier,

Everything was great except... Noisy roosters keeping us awake as we had the windows open due to the heat Also there are some screws sticking out of the area around the trampoline which could be potentially dangerous, seeing as the area is mainly used by children.

The location, setup and facilities were great. We had a super relaxing stay. The place had everything we needed to chill out on the wet days, was a good location to go explore Nelson, Able Tasman and other areas. The swimming pool was great to relax in at the end of each day. The unit was perfect for our needs, had three bedrooms, an open plan lounge / kitchen / dinning and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. We'd definitely stay here again and highly reccomend to others. Nice setting in the country. My youngest enjoyed checking out the chickens and getting some eggs was a bonus for breakfast :)

We loved everything about this place! From the lovely hosts that were very prompt to answer any question we had, to the high level of cleanliness and well set out facilities. It was a bonus for our young children having the trampoline, farm animals and lovely warm swimming pool. We would stay again in a heart beat!

The property was in a quiet, semi rural location but was conveniently situated close to Richmond/Nelson. The accommodation was very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The children particularly loved collecting eggs from the hens and spending time in the pool or on the trampoline.

There were 4 dining chairs in a unit that sleeps 6. There was also nowhere our family of 5 could all sit and eat outdoors although some of the other units with a lawn did have provision for outdoor dining. The range of cookware/serving dishes was also limited but we managed.

Home away from home with lovely facilities. Everything you need, loved the pool, easy to find and complimentary goodies and free range eggs were appreciated. Will definitely stay again.
