'The View' Penthouse Apartment Number Four Lees Terrace

The apartment was perfect, inclusive of the location. It was everything we hoped it would be, and we had a lovely weekend break.

Location. Friendly and quick answers from owner and follow up text, cleanliness, standard of decor, comfy beds, kitchen well provisioned

The heated towel rail didn't come on and the shower room was a little chilly in the morning but this may have been because I didn't turn up the thermostat above 18c the night before . We tried to get round the back of the building from the wrong end to start with. These are merely comments to help, not complaints.

Fantastic location, very comfortable apartment with a nice layout. Accommodated the whole family (5) with ease and we all loved staying there. Views from picture window to the west are wonderful and include many beautiful Holt rooftops. Owners were responsive to our concerns

Access to the property is up an outside stairs and bannister, so not advisable for the mobility challenged and dicey when wet. Fortunately we were all able bodied. On the housekeeping front: An fyi. Water pressure is very low (Anglian Water issue) so if the downstairs shower is in use there will be no water upstairs so wait to use the dishwasher or washing machine Lack of small details like extra toilet paper, no batteries in the provided fake Christmas tree in the dining room, not enough bin bags or dishwasher soap cubes. No extra coffee pods, tea bags or sugar provided. Perhaps we are supposed to supply the above and didn’t know, but for the cost of a 10 day stay, attention to small details is key. Lighting in the dining room and master bedroom very low.

Excellent stay property was exceptional

My second visit to the property. Fantastic views at sunset with a mulled wine and a mince pie to start my Christmas few days away with friends and a lovely surprise to see a Christmas Tree in the apartment! Visited Thursford Christmas Spectacular which was absolutely fantastic and enjoyed the shopping and Owl walk in Holt. Also, visited Holt Country park (easy walk able from the apartment). Thank you once again.

Absolutely beautiful property,very tastefully decorated with premium furnishings 2 bathrooms one on each floor everything you need kn the kitchen for your stay .Also little added extras christmas tree,music separate dining room.Right in the heart of Holt which is beautiful this yime of year with some lovely one of a kind shops .

Fantastic location in the beautiful village of Holt. The living area had wonderful views of the sun setting and the apartment was warm and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and a cosy dining room for 6.
